Resilmount A24R Chase Wall Bracket
The Resilmount A24R is a chase wall sound isolation joiner bracket. It ties two independent wall frames together for structural stability while keeping them acoustically separate.

A double stud or chase wall gives excellent isolation because the two leaves never touch. The difficulty is that two slender frames standing alone are not stiff enough. Bracing them with a rigid tie restores the stiffness but also rebuilds the sound path you just removed.
How the bracket works
The A24R lets both walls support each other while remaining acoustically isolated, so the assembly keeps its strength and rigidity without a hard connection between the leaves.
