What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this website:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Project details you provide: project type, property type, location, the noise problem you describe and your message
- Any photographs of your space you choose to attach
- Technical data that accompanies the submission: your IP address and the date and time
We do not use advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. A single temporary session cookie may be used purely to limit repeated form submissions from the same browser.
Why we use it
Your information is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, prepare an acoustic assessment or quote, and carry out the work you ask us to do. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing. Your details may be handled by our email provider purely to deliver the message to us.
Photographs you send
Photos help us estimate accurately. They are used internally for assessment and planning only. We will not publish a photograph of your property in our portfolio, on social media or anywhere else without asking you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer you and, where a project goes ahead, for the period required for our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You may ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you are a New Jersey or New York resident, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law; contact us and we will honour them.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS, so what you submit is encrypted in transit. Attachments are checked for type and size before being accepted. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send us documents containing financial account numbers or government identification through the form.
Children
This site is intended for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
