The Challenge
The problem we walked into
The studio sits over a busy street with residential units directly above. Street rumble reached the microphones, and late-night sessions risked disturbing the neighbors.
The client needed professional isolation in both directions, without losing ceiling height or usable floor area.
Our Solution
What we built
- Decoupled walls and ceiling on resilient mounts
- Floating floor over impact-absorbing underlay
- SG-60 PRO studio door with dual drop seals
- Acoustic treatment tuned for critical listening
