The Challenge
The problem we walked into
A high-end apartment shared its master bedroom wall with a neighbor's living room. Every evening conversation and TV session came straight through.
The owners wanted real quiet without losing more than a few centimeters of room depth.
Our Solution
What we built
- Decoupled stud wall on isolation clips over the party wall
- Double drywall with damping compound
- Full perimeter acoustical sealing
- Outlets and switches acoustically boxed
