A soundproofing build is a construction job. Surfaces get sealed, and on a project where the client is sensitive to fumes, or where the space is a bedroom or a nursery that will be occupied immediately, the choice of sealer matters as much as its performance.
Where we use it
Occupied homes, bedrooms, spaces used by people with chemical sensitivities, and projects targeting low emission material specifications.
What it is not
This is a sealer, not an acoustical sealant. It does not replace the flexible non hardening sealant used to close gaps in an acoustic assembly. The two products do different jobs and both may appear on the same project.
